Got this one as a maybe from an alert site but in my opinion it is a fake. The Damsels are neither tied nor restrained in any kind nor is there a gag of any kind involved. What happens is, that Mr. Evil has a homemade chloro-equipment consisting of a block of wood with a tube attached to it and shaped a bit so the nose doesn't get in the way. The ladies who are first treated to this poor man's equipment (and strangled immediately afterwards, I may add) are Phyllis MacMahon and Judy Geeson.
